Since 1992, Innovative Components, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of Quick Assembly/Quick Release Hardware, such as plastic clamping knobs, latches, pins, & plungers.  We operate two factories in Schaumburg, IL, USA and Cartago, Costa Rica. Our strategy of blended supply gives our customers both the low costs associated with off-shore production and the security of domestic manufacturing. We offer a variety of stocking programs such as JIT, Kanban, and VMI.

Our state of the art equipment and engineering expertise have helped to make us leaders in plastic injection molding, particularly insert molding and multi-material molding. We also offer CNC Swiss Machining, light assembly, and secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, shaving, and pointing.
