Since 1992, Innovative Components, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of Quick Assembly/Quick Release Hardware, such as plastic clamping knobs, latches, pins, & plungers.  We operate two factories in Schaumburg, IL, USA and Cartago, Costa Rica. Our strategy of blended supply gives our customers both the low costs associated with off-shore production and the security of domestic manufacturing. We offer a variety of stocking programs such as JIT, Kanban, and VMI.  Innovative Components is ISO 9001:2008 Certified.

Our state of the art equipment and engineering expertise have helped to make us leaders in plastic injection molding, particularly insert molding and multi-material molding. We also offer CNC Swiss Machining, light assembly, and secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, shaving, and pointing.
